Where Seaside started
Seaside Explorers is a warm, friendly centre in Yamba, but its old Willy Wagtails website felt nothing like it. Parents couldn't find what they needed, Google wasn't showing the centre, and the team couldn't update the site themselves.
Parents choose childcare on trust, usually on their phone late at night. With fees, programs and how to enrol all hard to find, they were judging a warm centre by a website that felt cold.
What we did
01
Rebuilt the navigation around what a parent actually looks for first, not the centre's internal structure
02
Brought the warmth of the centre itself into the brand, so the site finally matched the place
03
Built the local search foundations around the Yamba childcare terms families actually type
04
Made the site straightforward enough for the team to keep updating themselves after handover
What changed
Organic search now brings just under half of all sessions, 302 of 613 in the most recent quarter, and those visitors are the most engaged on the site. The centre ranks for Yamba childcare, early learning and preschool, and thirty-six families have started an enquiry.
302 of 613 sessions from organic search, at a 59 percent engagement rate, ranking for Yamba childcare and preschool.
