Your site is live. Here’s what happens now.
Three ways to keep it working, and an honest answer about whether you need any of them.
Some of this is already yours, and I don’t want you paying for it twice.
- Your Growth Roadmap. What to focus on next, written during the project. Yours to keep and yours to work through.
- The ninety day checkpoint. Already included in the project. We look at what’s actually happening, whether or not you’re on a plan.
- The site, and the walkthrough. You can edit your own content. Nothing about that changes.
None of that is a plan. It’s part of what you already paid for. A plan is only for what comes after.
Plenty of clients don’t, and I’d rather say so now.
You probably don’t need a plan if:
your site is straightforward, your content rarely changes, you’re comfortable in the editor, and nothing major is happening in the business this year.
A plan earns its money if:
you know you won’t get to it, you want to keep climbing in search rather than holding still, you’re adding services or locations, or you’d simply rather not think about it.
If you’re not sure, tell me and I’ll give you my read. I’d rather you skipped it and came back in six months than paid for something you’re not using.
Each one answers a different question.
Is my site safe and fast?
- One hour of edits or updates a month, done for you
- A monthly check on speed, broken links and anything that’s drifted
- Uptime and performance monitoring, so you hear about a problem from me rather than from a client
- Backups and security verified rather than assumed
Is my site still being found?
- Everything in Essentials
- Two hours of edits a month
- Quarterly keyword research
- Search and answer-engine strategy
- AI visibility monitoring
- Monthly strategy notes, written by me
Is my site converting better than it was?
- Everything in Growth
- Unlimited edits to existing pages
- A monthly conversion review: what your key pages are doing, and one thing to change
- Landing page copy updates
- Done-for-you content
- Ongoing site optimisation
So neither of us has to guess later.
New pages built from scratch, new offers or services added to the site, a rebuild or redesign, and anything that changes the strategy the site was built on. Those get quoted on their own, and if you’re on a plan you’re in front of the queue.
Month to month. No lock-in, no minimum term. Move up or down a tier whenever it suits, and stop with thirty days’ notice. If you stop, your site keeps working, you just go back to looking after it yourself.
Can I start later instead of now?
Yes. Most people should wait a month or two and see what they actually need. The plans aren’t going anywhere and there’s no launch-week discount to miss.
Can I change plans?
Any time, up or down, no penalty. Most clients start on Essentials and move up when something in the business changes.
What if I only need help now and then?
Then don’t take a plan. Send me what you need and I’ll quote it. For a handful of small jobs a year that’s cheaper than Essentials and we both know it.
Who actually does the work?
My team does the maintenance and the edits. The strategy on Growth and Performance is me.
What happens if I don’t take a plan at all?
Nothing bad. You’ve got the Roadmap, the checkpoint, and a site you can edit. Plenty of clients run for years that way.
Ready, or still deciding?
Reply to the handover email with the plan you want and I’ll set it up. If you’re not sure, tell me that instead and I’ll tell you what I’d do in your position.
